日本武道館でDream Theaterのライブ。私にとって彼らの姿を見るのは2017年以来9年ぶりですが、そのときのJames LaBrieのボーカルがかなり厳しかったので、2023年春の来日を見送ったのと同じように今回のチケットをとることもかなり迷いました。ただ、このコンサートは彼らの結成40（＝XXXX）周年記念ツアーということですし、何より2010年にバンドを離脱していたMike Portnoyが2023年秋に復帰してから初めての日本でのライブなので、覚悟を決め大枚をはたいてチケットを手に入れてこの日を迎えました。
